❓ What is the hackathon?Hackathon is an event where cool active people come together and form teams to generate solutions/products to answer some challenge in a short time. In our case — to solve healthcare challenges. During the hack, experts work with teams to help them send ideas in the right direction and find the best ways of implementation.

❓ How many participants should be on the team?From 3 to 5. You must gather a bigger team with other participants if you have fewer of them. Don’t worry, we will help.

❓ What if I don't have a team?It means someone's looking for you! We will hold the matchmaking session to help people with ideas find the ones who can implement them.

❓ I didn't receive the confirmation letter. What should I do?Don't panic :) We need up to 5 working days to take a look at your application. After that, wait for an email, and don't forget to check the “Spam" folder. If you still can't find it — feel free to write us and ask info@healthhackathonua.com.

❓ Can I work at night?Due to the martial law in Ukraine and the curfew in Kyiv (24:00 - 5:00), participants must leave the location at night. You can continue your work online if you want.

❓ How much does it cost?Participation is free of charge.

❓ Do you reimburse expenses?Yes, we compensate travel expenses up to UAH 3,000, and also offer transfer and hotel accommodation. We will inform you of the details after confirming your participation.

❓What are the safety rules during air raid alerts?Your safety is our priority. Our location has a shelter where we will relocate as soon as we get the air raid alert message.
